Congratulations to Nathan Zerwig, Allison Drury, and Maria Hermann who were named winners in the Annual Catholic Appeal essay contest. They won $750, $500 and $250 respectively in scholarship money to be applied to their senior-year tuition at Valle.
Archbishop Carlson will award the scholarships and a framed award certificate at a ceremony on Wednesday, December 11th at 3:30pm at the Fleur de Lis Room of the Cardinal Rigali Center.
The Annual Catholic Appeal supports a wide variety of programs across the Archdiocese of St. Louis. The ACA helps families in the Archdiocese of St. Louis every year. By using donated money from the people of St. Louis, the ACA helps everyone out by using the money for various different needs. These include: schools, soup kitchens, families, the homeless, and everyone else in the community.
