I go to the hospital weekly for blood transfusions. When I go, I can be there up to 6-7 hours each time. I meet lots of sick kids. I started doing arts and crafts through the hospital Art therapy program. I love Art because it helps kids pass the time and cheer them up. I started doing a small Art drive three years ago, in my community. Me and my family make awesome Art packets to give out to the kids like me . We share with the entire hospital! This year has not been going very well for me and I am now getting blood everyday. My Mom drives me to the hospital everyday for blood and we spend about 6-7 hours there each time. I’m hoping a miracle will help me . I think that giving kids bright colorful art packets cheers them up and helps them forget they are sick. Because I am sicker than I have been in the past, I’m starting my Art drive earlier this year. I’m hoping that people will understand how hard it is to be sick and help me with the biggest Art drive ever! I know how hard it is to be sick everyday and hope you will help me give other sick children something to smile about. Please pray for a miracle for me and share the gift of Art with others.
