Valle Catholic’s 7th and 8th Grade students visited the Civil War Encampment in Moses Austin Park in Ste. Genevieve.
The students experienced a living history event of a Civil War camp area with displays of Civil War era campsites, cooking, weapons, soldiers drilling, cannon, musket, and bayonet demonstrations, games and Civil War era fashion show.
