Mining & Metallurgy Presentation

<p>Valle Catholic 4<sup>th</sup> Graders enjoyed a presentation given by Joe Hatfield, the secretary /treasurer for the St. Louis Section of the Society for Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration and an engineer for Mississippi Lime Company. He explained the Rock Cycle, showed examples of minerals and rocks, and told the various products that come from lime and limestone.
