Dear Parents,
Again this year instead of individual classroom Christmas parties grade K-5 will be having a Birthday party for Jesus (Christmas Carnival). The carnival will be on Dec. 20 from 8:00 – 10:20ish. This will consist of 10 different stations where the children will be making different crafts and having their pictures taken in a Nativity scene. Therefore, there will not be a student gift exchange. However, if you would like to make a monetary donation to help off set the cost of the items needed for the carnival please feel free to do so. Any extra money will go to our service project.
This year’s Christmas service project has yet to be determined. Dr. Gilligan is looking into a couple of options and I will send out an email as soon as it is determined.
When making a monetary donation please be sure to indicate which cause it is to support and enclose with this form. If you are writing a check please make it payable to Valle Schools.
We will also need a lot of volunteers the day of our Christmas Carnival. Please check the appropriate line below if you are willing to help out and provide an email address so that I may contact you with more details. Volunteers will be needed from approximately 7:30 until 10:45; this will include set up and clean up. Thanks in advance for your help!
