“Community Service Day”
Under the leadership of faculty from Valle Catholic High School, the student body of Valle Catholic joined together in the Christian Mission of serving others on Friday, April 1st throughout Ste. Genevieve County.
The Annual Community Service Day is a yearly commitment of the faculty and students at Valle Catholic to take a day each spring to give back to their community. During this year’s Service Day, students could be found at many different sites throughout the area doing all sorts of miscellaneous jobs.
In what has become a tradition, Valle Catholic seniors spent Service Day making blankets to donate to children in hospitals.
Service Day concluded with lunch and a prayer service.
