Eighteen Valle High School students recently traveled to the Rigali Center in St. Louis to participate in an archdiosesan ambassador training. This training is meant to help students witness to and publicize the good things about their Catholic High School.
They received information from Sue Brown and Kristen Figge from the marketing department of the archdiocese. However the greatest amount of knowledge came from other students from schools including Cardinal Ritter, St.Dominic’s and Kennedy. They exchanged thoughts and ideas through skits and conversations. Several schools designed posters while others planned 30 sec radio spots to spread the good news about their schools to others.
Valle students focused on the phrase “faith, tradition and academic excellence”. These words stand for what Valle offers their community and everyone Warriors may meet every day. Being polite and accepting the ideas of others would add to students being successful in their efforts to be true ambassadors and true Valle Warriors.
Students attending included: Megan Abt, Lacey Marschel, Nathan Zerwig, Andrew Basler, Jarrod Davis, Ally Doza, Claire Schweigert, Lexy Barley, Bree Kertz, Macy Barley, Emma Carron, RaLynn Moro, Cassandra Moulton, Laykin McGowan, Abby Umfleet, Briley Vessell, Jordan Zerwig, and Gabby Meyer
