Congratulations to Valle Catholic as they captured the championship of the 4th Annual Warrior Winter Classic with a convincing 77-41 win over Jefferson R-7 at the Valle gym on Tuesday night, December 30th.
Warriors made it to the championship game with a resounding 106-84 win over Zalma on Monday night that saw an outstanding performance by senior, Daniel Bergtholdt. Daniel set a school record 65 points. Way to go, Daniel! Congrats for a remarkable performance!! It’s one of the 15 best individual scoring performances in Missouri basketball history. His 37 point first half is tied for 5th place all-time.
