MOScholars applications for the 2026–27 school year are now open! This program will remain open until mid-spring 2026.

The Missouri Empowerment Scholarship Accounts Program, known as MOScholars, provides financial support to qualifying families to offset educational expenses, including tuition.

Who is qualified?

Any student in your school who has an IEP/ISP written by the Special School District (no income requirements)
OR
Any student entering Kindergarten or 1st grade in 2026-2027
OR
Transferring student from a public school
