Valle Catholic Schools, a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization in Ste. Genevieve, MO, is offering $25 tickets for sale between August 7, 2026 and  online ending on March 12, 2027. Paper tickets can still be purchased until the night of the drawing on March 20, 2027.

Grand Prize is a new 2026 Chevrolet Trax.

The total value of the vehicle being raffled is $24,163. 

The Raffle Winner is solely responsible for all income tax, sales tax, or other fees associated with claiming any prize. Associated documents for tax reporting purposes will be issued by Valle Catholic Schools.

When you purchase 4 tickets during a single transaction, you will receive 1 ticket FREE. When you purchase 10 tickets during a single transaction, you will receive 4 tickets FREE. When you purchase 20 tickets during a single transaction, you will receive 10 tickets FREE.

The Raffle Drawing Winner will be drawn at approximately 8:00 p.m. CST on March 20, 2027 at Valle Catholic Schools. The Winner does NOT need to be present to win. The Winner will be contacted no later than 10:00 p.m. CST on March 20, 2027.

  • You agree you are purchasing ticket(s) from the non-profit, at their location displayed on the Ticket Purchase webpage, and therefore are subject to the raffle laws in the city and state of the non-profit organization.
  • None of the information gathered as a result of this Raffle will be provided to any 3rd party, except as required by law.
  • The Raffle is open only to legal residents of the United States and the winning name on the ticket must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  • The car must be titled to a person 18 years of age or older.
  • This person must have proof of insurance at the time the car is titled to them.
  • Winner is responsible for taxes, due when the vehicle is claimed.
  • Winner is responsible for any personal taxes including state, and federal income tax, etc.
  • All prizes are subject to, and the winners are fully responsible for federal, state and local income taxes. Give Butter or the non-profit organization you purchased the raffle ticket from, have NO responsibility for the payment of any taxes associated with the prize (except for the responsibility to comply with the withholding regulations and requirements of the taxing authorities involved).
  • The prizes will be awarded on the dates above.
  • Employees of Ste. Genevieve Parish and Valle Catholic Schools are not eligible to participate. 
  • Valle Catholic Schools maintains NO control of the personnel, equipment or operations of any supplier and assume no responsibility for any financial loss, personal injury, property damage, other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity which winners may experience by reason of (1) performance/nonperformance by any supplier; (2) wrongful, careless, negligent, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any supplier or its employees, or on the part of any other party not under the control of LADS Network Solutions, Inc. or the non-profit organization; (3) any defect, breakdown or other failure of any aircraft, train, automobile, ship, accommodation, or other equipment or instrumentality owned, operated, or otherwise used by a supplier or;(4) any acts of God, acts or omissions of third parties, damage or loss associated with any terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures, disease, local laws, climatic conditions, or other conditions or developments.
  • Valle Catholic Schools shall in NO event be liable for special or consequential damages arising from the use or ownership of any prizes. Participants hereby release Valle Catholic Schools from all claims.
  • All sales of Raffle tickets are final. There will be NO refunds. Any out-of-state purchases will be considered a donation to Valle Catholic Schools and not an entry into the car raffle.
  • Winners have 15 calendar days from drawing to claim their prize. In the event a winner does not claim their prize within 15 days, or is non-compliant with requirements, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited.
  • To claim a prize, the winner may be asked to provide a ticket stub or printed verification (from online purchase) and/or a valid driver's license or state issued picture ID that matches the name on selected ticket stub or printed verification.
  • Group Entries - Any number of individuals can join into a group to purchase ticket(s). Participants in a group entry must identify "one person" as the individual to whom a prize would be awarded and that person's name must be listed as the entrant in the "Buyer's Name" field on the ticket purchase form. It is the SOLE responsibility of the participants in the group entry to allocate any winning prize(s).
  • The odds of winning depend upon the number of tickets sold.
  • The IRS states that the amount paid for chances in raffles, lotteries or similar drawings for valuable prizes are not gifts, and consequently do not qualify as deductible charitable contributions.
  • IRS Form W-2G will be issued to winners and must be claimed on the winner's income tax statement.
  • The winner will allow Valle Catholic Schools the right to use their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. The winner may be required to complete a statement of eligibility, release of liability and publicity release. Failure to do so will render the winner ineligible to receive the prize.
