Our local firefighters spent time educating Valle’s Fourth Grade school children by going through all the ways to keep safe at home, demonstrating how a firefighter dresses to prepare to enter a fire scene, and showing the fire trucks and equipment. Everyone learned how to make sure their home was safe from fire and other potential burn hazards while reviewing the use of a smoke detector and knowing 911.
We would like to thank our volunteer firefighters Justin Donovan and Eric Coleman for spending time with us and teaching us about fire safety.
