Health and Nutrition
The physical units of this course include volleyball, basketball, pickle ball, weightlifting, ultimate Frisbee, flag football, softball, kickball, soccer, and track and field.

Students will study health, including CPR and First Aid training, and receive Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Certification. Multiple guest speakers will present on topics including vaping, drinking/driving, BMI testing and charting your body’s growth throughout the year.

Servant Leadership/Weight Training
This course focuses on teaching the students the Servant Leadership model exemplified by Jesus. Students study multiple books, articles, speeches and videos. They are taught the true meaning of leadership and learning to follow one’s “why” to find success and happiness in life.

Students also focus on advanced weight training, learning the correct ways to train to increase performance and limit injury.
