Before and After Care will be provided for students in grades K-5 for the 24/25 school year. We will use the BrightWheel app for check-in/out, reminders, and billing. Bright Wheel also houses all of our emergency information and contacts. For your child’s safety, please ensure this information is up-to-date and accurate before the first day of school. Please do not assume it is accurate from last year as many students are missing vital information. If you do not have an account, please contact me so I can send you an invite to create one.
Tuition for Before and After Care will be as follows:
Before School Care
Daily Rate: $2
After School Care
Daily Rate: $6 (2:45-5:00)
Daily Rate: $7 (2:45-5:30)
You will be invoiced each month for Before/After Care charges. The first invoice will be sent on 9/15 and invoices will follow every month after. Payment is expected by the 20th of each month. Our preferred payment method is automatic withdrawal – see instructions below. Please reach out to me if you have questions or concerns. If payment is not made within 7 days of your due date, your child will not be allowed to utilize the services at the ECDC without approval from Fr. Nemeth.
Before School Care is available from 6:30-7:20 and After School Care is available from
dismissal-5:30. A snack will be provided during After School Care.
On some occasions, when school is closed or canceled, the ECDC will remain open. You can find a list of these days on our website. These days will be billed at $28/day. On days that school is dismissed early and After School Care starts early, the tuition will be $10.
