Fr. Dennis Schmidt, Pastor of Ste. Genevieve Catholic Parish, is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul R. Hinman as the Head of Schools/High School Principal of Valle Catholic School effective July 1, 2016.
After an extensive search process led by a committee of highly respected teachers, parents, board members, and administrators, Mr. Hinman emerged as an outstanding choice to lead Valle Catholic High School. The search process included extensive pre-screenings of numerous qualified candidates followed by very rigorous interviews.
Mr. Hinman comes to Valle from St. Andrews Catholic School in Tipton where he currently serves as Principal. Mr. Hinman has a very diverse 30 year career in education–including spending time as an Institutional Advancement Administrator as well as having experience as an Educator/Professor in elementary through doctoral level programs.
Mr. Hinman demonstrated all of the attributes the Valle Catholic High School community was looking for in a leader to continue Valle’s strong tradition of providing a strong Faith-based education. Mr. Hinman has outstanding abilities as an innovative and intuitive leader of staff and students and possesses a strong dedication to the concept and practice of creating a positive school culture. Through his many roles in education Mr. Hinman understands greatly the value parents as partners bring to the educational experience. Mr. Hinman has a deep understanding of current standards and assessment procedures, and his experience in the implementation of technology into curriculum make him a tremendous asset to our school.

Mr. Hinman looks forward to sharing his Faith and his love of Catholic education with the Valle Family. Opportunities for faculty, staff, students, parents and members of the community to meet and welcome Mr. Hinman to the Ste. Genevieve community will be announced in the near future.
