Dear Valle parents,
The Valle homecoming parade is this Friday. Here’s some details:
Students K-12 may wear blue and white out of uniform, no face or hair paint.
School dismissal on Friday is 11:50am, no lunch, no pm bus, no latchkey.
3:30pm floats should arrive on the desert.
4:00pm wagons should arrive on the desert.
4:15pm wagon riders should arrive on the desert.
4:30pm parade begins.
Students may throw candy. Please remind them to underhand toss as far away as possible, so candy is not in the path of traveling vehicles and the candy should not hit the bystanders.
Parade route travels south 4th Street to the football field.
All wagons should be pulled to the Eric Scott parking lot. Parents should meet riders there. For safety purposes, please do not have the students walk elsewhere to meet parents or chaperones.
