William Palmer has been teaching for 23 years. He is a graduate of Valle Catholic Schools. He served for five years as the Technical Director of San Jose Repertory Theatre, after his graduation from Webster University. He has given 25 years of service to Valle Catholic High School.
Will learned to love art from his future father-in-law (Mr. O) in the very room he now teaches in.
