Under the leadership of Sara Menard and faculty of Valle Catholic High School, the student body of Valle Catholic joined together in the Christian Mission of serving others on Friday, April 25th throughout Ste. Genevieve County.
The Annual Community Service Day is a yearly commitment of the faculty and students at Valle Catholic to take a day each spring to give back to their community. During this year’s Service Day, students could be found at 22 different sites throughout the area: St. Agnes Schools & Parish had students working in their play area; the county fairgrounds had work done on their bleachers; and window washing at the Ste. Genevieve County Courthouse. Other sites included the Nutrition Center, Mississippi Lime Park, and many more.

In what has become a tradition…Valle Catholic seniors spent Service Day making blankets to donate to children in hospitals.
Service Day concluded with lunch and a prayer service.
