*2017 Grandparents Day

<span style="color: #000080;"><strong>Our local firefighters spent time educating the Third Graders by going through all the ways to keep safe at home, demonstrating how a firefighter dresses to prepare to enter a fire scene, and showing the fire trucks and equipment. Everyone learned how to make sure their homes were safe from fire and other potential burn hazards while reviewing the use of a smoke detector and knowing 911.</strong></span>
