Third Graders at Valle Catholic in Mrs. Kertz’s Science Classes discovered how craters are made and found that the height from which a marble is dropped determines speed as well as the size of the crater it produced.
They also noted that the craters on the Moon are of various sizes and are produced by objects of different sizes striking the Moon at various speeds.
