A letter from Amie Klump, 6th Grade Parent
6th Grade hands
To some this may just be a picture of children’s hands but to me and the entire 6th grade class at Valle Catholic School….this is way more than that.
Today these small hands came together to comfort a friend and classmate who laid to rest her mother.  For those of you that witnessed this class come together you simply know what I’m taking about…when you hear people say that Valle Catholic school is like family, that is no lie.
Every single one of these hands held their dear friend and cried with their dear friend during this most difficult time in her life. Simply heartbreaking but will say one of the best sights I have seen in a long time…we all need comforting hands during these times and these students showed that in a way I have never seen or knew possible from them! Class of 2022 you all are amazing kids and I’m blessed to call one of those students my daughter and to the teachers and Staff that made this come together, you did a wonderful job!! Jill Metzger, Dawn Skaggs,  and all you ladies are a true role model for these students! Thank you sooo much!!
And to Jeremy Carron and his family:  you have our absolute deepest sympathy during this time! Paula will be missed by so many but her memory will live on forever!
